Easy Kale Smoothie

This 3-ingredient banana kale smoothie is our favorite go-to smoothie recipe when we need a healthy fix. The easiest smoothie you'll ever make! 


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 large handful of chopped kale
  • 4 to 6 ounces milk of your choice


  • Place all items into blender until desired thickness and enjoy!
