1) Matcha Mojito – Salada

Makes: 1 12 oz Serving

Ingredients:

1 Bag                                   Salada Matcha Green Tea

5 – 6                                    Mint Leaves

2 Tbsp                                 Lime Juice

1 Tbsp                                 Sugar                   

1 Cup                                   Club Soda

Optional – Matcha Powder, Lime Wedges, Mint Leaves, Rum or Alcohol of Choice

Directions:

  1. Brew 1 Bag of Salada Matcha Green Tea in ½ cup hot water for 3 minutes. Chill Tea.
  2. Muddle mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar in a glass. Optional – add extra matcha powder.
  3. Add Ice to glass and pour over tea. Top with 8 oz of Club Soda.
  4. Optional – add 1 oz shot of rum or desired alcohol.
  5. Garnish glass with lime wedges and mint leaves.

2) Mint Green Tea Mocktail – Salada

Makes: 1 12 oz Serving

Ingredients:

1 Bag                                  Salada Green Tea

10 - 12                                 Mint Leaves

½ - 1 Tbsp                           Maple Syrup or Honey                  

2 Tbsp                                 Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale

Optional – Mint Leaves, Bourbon or Alcohol of Choice

Directions:

  1. Brew 1 Bag of Salada Green Tea and fresh mint leaves in 1 cup hot water for 3 minutes. Remove tea bag and strain out mint leaves.
  2. Add Sweetener, adjusting for sweetness preference.
  3. Top glass with Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale.
  4. Serve Hot or Pour over Ice.
  5. Optional – add 1 oz shot of bourbon or desired alcohol.
  6. Garnish glass with mint leaves.

3) Peach Mango Bellini Mocktail – Salada Water Booster

Makes: 2 16 oz Servings

Ingredients:

2 Bags                                 Salada Peach Mango Water Booster

½ Cup                                  Peaches – fresh, canned, or frozen

½ Cup                                  Mango Juice                     

½ Cup                                  Sparkling Cider

Optional – Seltzer, Grenadine, Raspberries, Peaches, Prosecco.

Directions:

  1. Brew 2 Bags of Salada Peach Mango Water Booster in 2 Cups of Cool Water for 10 minutes. Remove Tea Bags.
  2. In the meantime, blend peaches into a puree. If using fresh, peel. If using frozen, add a splash of water to help it become more liquid.
  3. Add pureed peaches, mango juice, and sparkling seltzer to brewed tea.
  4. Divide mixture into 2 serving glasses and top with extra seltzer.
  5. Optional – add a few drops of grenadine to each glass to give it that classic reddish hue.
  6. Optional – top with Prosecco instead of sparkling cider and seltzer.
  7. Garnish glass with raspberries and/or extra peaches.

4) Strawberry Lemonade Mocktail – Salada Water Booster

Makes: 2 16 oz Servings

Ingredients:

1 Bags                                 Salada Strawberry Lemon Water Booster

½ Cup                                  Strawberries, fresh or frozen

¼ Cup                                  Lemon Juice                     

½ Cup                                  Ginger Ale

Optional – strawberries, basil, lemon slices, seltzer, gin or alcohol of choice

Directions:

  1. Brew 1 Bag of Salada Strawberry Lemon Water Booster in 2 Cups of Cool Water for 10 minutes. Remove Tea Bags.
  2. In the meantime, blend strawberries into a puree. If using frozen, add a splash of water to help it become more liquid. (Strain strawberries through a fine-mesh strainer if you don’t prefer the pulp).
  3. Add pureed strawberries, Lemon Juice, and Ginger Ale to brewed tea.
  4. Divide mixture into 2 Ice Filled glasses.
  5. Optional – add 1 oz shot of gin or desired alcohol. Or add extra ginger ale or seltzer to make it a fizz drink.
  6. Garnish glass with basil, extra strawberries, or lemon slices.
