Blueberry Green Tea Smoothie

Whether it’s breakfast or a mid-day snack, this Blueberry Green Tea Smoothie will be your new go-to!  

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Salada green tea, brewed and chilled
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

Instructions:

  • Wash blueberries.
  • Blend blueberries, banana, yogurt and tea.
  • Add chia seeds and mix with a spoon.
  • Enjoy!
