Pineapple Matcha Smoothie

Matcha and pineapple may seem like an unexpected duo, but it turns out his is the combo we never knew we needed... and now can’t live without! 


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • ½ cup soy milk or other milk of your choice
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Handful of ice cubes


  • In a saucepan bring fresh cold water to a boil.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool for 1 minute.
  • Pour water over matcha tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Finally, blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and enjoy!
